About This Program

UD’s Ed.D. in Educational Leadership is a multi-functional, part-time program for K-12 educators pursuing leadership. Can earn Delaware administrative certification including District Office Personnel, Assistant Superintendent, and Superintendent Certificates. R1 doctoral university with four research centers focused on students with disabilities. Partnership for Public Education (PPE) seeks to improve PreK-12 outcomes in Delaware system. In lieu of dissertation, students complete Education Leadership Portfolio with useful artifacts (curriculum designs, policy briefs, strategic plans).
