We do not guarantee admission, enrollment, or outcomes with any program or institution
Admission decisions are solely at the discretion of each institution

Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities

Loss of goodwill or reputation
Failure to gain admission to any educational program
Any other losses or damages, whether foreseeable or not
THESE LIMITATIONS APPLY WHETHER THE ALLEGED LIABILITY IS BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, OR ANY OTHER BASIS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).
